Business Hour Routing Rules
Business Hour Rules allow you to set your company's standard business hours, and then apply call routing rules based on if the office is open or closed.
Attach a business hour rule to your primary phone number to provide callers a different experience if the office is open or closed. For example, when the office is open, send the caller to the main menu, otherwise send the caller to a voicemail box.
