Call Management
VOIP2320 comes standard with all of the features you would expect for making, receiving and managing calls.
Feature | Description |
Hold | Place the current caller on hold. |
Mute | Mute all audio inputs on the phone. |
Redial | Redial last number called. |
Speed Dial | Dial from a list of previous calls or from a list of contacts (functionality is phone specific). |
Transfer (Supervised) | Transfer a call to another user after speaking to the other user. |
Transfer (Unsupervised) | Transfer a call to another user without speaking to the other user first. |
Do Not Disturb | Set a phone to not answer calls. Calls will be directed to voicemail or be directed based on personal routing preferences. |
Call Waiting | Put the current call on hold while answering another call. |
3-way calling | Talk with two other parties at the same time on one call. |
Extension Dialing | Call your colleagues using 2-10 digit extensions. There is no need to dial a full 10 digit phone number every time. |
Call Forwarding | Use your phone to direct calls to another location when you are away, traveling or just working at home. |
Intercom | Intercom multiple extensions or just one. Answer hands free. |
