Dial By Name Directory

You can add all users to an organization directory to make it easy for your callers to find people.

You can also add a custom message such as “to access the company directory, press 4" to your attendant menu so that users can get access to the directory when they call.

Creating and managing the directory is simple and fast. You simply need to go to the individual extension and check Add to Company Directory using the online portal:
