From any VOIP2320-registered device, such as a Phone Extension, IP Phone or software phone, you can dial the extension for direct dialing to your colleagues.
As you would expect with any PBX, extensions can be dialed by a caller while the attendant menu message is playing. The call will be immediately routed to the appropriate user.
