Voicemail

Voicemail notifications are sent to your email inbox with an attached wav file of the actual message. You can listen to your voicemail on a computer, BlackBerry, Windows Mobile, IPhone or Android.

For more traditional access to your voicemail, you can always call into the VOIP2320 voicemail system to access your voice mailbox. Each mailbox has a unique id and can only be accessed by inputting a unique password so your voicemail is secure.

Adding and managing voice mailboxes is simple and easy. You have total control over each mailbox setting through the convenient administration portal:

Users can call *95 from any VOIP2320 registered phone to get access to his or her voicemail. Administrators can set up extensions and phone numbers to access the corporate voicemail system as well for additional access options.
