What if there is a problem with my ACH or credit card?

If your automatic monthly ACH or credit card payment cannot be processed for any reason, we will notify you immediately by email.

  • Your outbound calling service will be suspended.
  • If after 14 days of suspension, your account balance has not been paid in full, your VOIP2320 service account will be deactivated.
